We want Momenta to be the tool that finally clicks for your brain. If you’ve used it consistently for 30 days and see no significant change in your focus or task-initiation, we will give you a full refund on your first bag.

The Details

  • 30-Day Window: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to trial the product and request a refund if it’s not for you.

  • UK Statutory Rights: In line with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you also have 14 days from delivery to return any unopened items for a full refund.

  • How to Claim: Simply email us at support@biotise.co.uk with your order number. We may ask for a quick bit of feedback to help us improve, but we won't make you jump through hoops.

  • Processing: Once approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

  • Shipping Costs: Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable.
